Key to book: HEAR CHRIST, who is the full and final revelation of God (1:1-2) fulfilling, completing, and superseding the Old Testament revelation (Mt. 17:4-5). To fail to hear Him is fatal (2;1-3;4:12-13; 10:26-31; 12:25-29).

 

Division I: THE ARGUMENT - THE SUPERIOR GLORY OF THE PERSON AND WORK OF CHRIST 1:1-10:18
